Here’s the worst part, our electricity would kick back on, and we would think, “ok, great!” but less than five minutes later, it was off again. I could see my breath throughout the house. Well, almost one year ago, Valentine’s Day 2021, we experienced something in the state that no one expected. We never thought we would see snow or a freeze like this.
